David Street School currently operates under an enrolment zone to manage growth in our area. Under this scheme, children who live within our home zone are entitled to enrol at our school.

How to Enrol 

Before completing our Online Enrolment Form, please 

  1.  Check our School Zone for eligibility (see Out of Zone information at the bottom of this page).
  2.  Read the written zone description to confirm your child’s eligibility

Note: If you are enrolling more than one child, a separate form must be completed for each student.

From time to time, spaces for out-of-zone enrolments become available. Families may choose to register their interest in these places by completing a Ballot Registration form and speaking with a member of our office staff about the process.

Applications for enrolment will be processed in the following order of priority: 

  • First Priority: This priority category is not applicable at this school because the school does not run a special programme approved by the Secretary. 
  • Second Priority: must be given to any applicant who is the sibling of a current student of the school. 
  • Third Priority: must be given to any student who is the sibling of a former student of the school. 
  • Fourth Priority: must be given to any applicant who is a child of a former student of the school. 
  • Fifth Priority: must be given to any applicant who is either a child of an employee of the board of the school, or a child of a member of the board of the school. 
  • Sixth Priority: must be given to all other applicants
